Our design office monitors construction from idea to implementation, in which an important step is technical advice to investors about construction possibilities at a specific location, construction costs, market position of a specific location or property, etc., with the aim of ensuring the realization of the building concept before and during the execution of works.

We also provide services for obtaining all documents required for issuing building permits, from the Location Permit or Decision on Construction Conditions, to the Usage Permit.

In cooperation with real estate agencies, we check land for purchase and/or construction at the requested locations.
